CAN I PRACTISE WHILST PREGNANT?
Refrain from practising during the 1st trimester if already practising . We follow Rajashee's Pregnancy series alongside regular practitioners. For newbies we suggest you hold off until 8 weeks after the birth.
CAN I PRACTISE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?
Consult your doctor & notify your instructor. Bikram has amazing benefits on High BP; if you take medication you should check back in with your GP after 4 weeks, as your dosage may have to be lowered. (This is good)!!
CAN I PRACTISE WITH ASTHMA?
Yes. Many of the postures help with asthmatic symptoms. Bring your inhaler to class.
BIKRAM YOGA is for everyone. All you need to do yoga is a spine. Everything else is a bonus.
